Everything was wonderful, including wonderful staff and marvellous location back to airport.

Perfect, big size hotel with welcoming staff and delicious breakfasts.

By and large, it was excellent home base for sightseeing in Istanbul, had much fun and met affable staff with the manager. We loved this staying.

You guys made our stay fine. The staff were top-class, hospitable. The location was favourable, a 10-15 minute walk from a miniature park. There was a stunning restaurant just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The venue was spotlessly clean, offered good staff and food. I'm so glad that Handicapped room with jacuzzi, fantastic views plus private balcony I booked was available. The hotel had a comfortable bar and a fantastic restaurant.

The staff was efficient, the hotel was spotless and placed in a central part of the city not far from turkey, historical center and bus station. The buffet breakfast included plenty of meals.

Staff were polite and the hotel was very elegant, it had unbeatable location in front of famous Pierre Loti hill. The room was luxurious - thoroughly enjoyed the reasonably spacious bathroom.

Decent location, very spacious bed, lovely gardens. The units are delightful, relaxing. The very good service and attention to detail from thorough staff. Situated 5 mins walk from the bus stop.

I had the buffet breakfast. The rooms were fab, beds were really comfortable. Its location was absolutely perfect very close to the hotel.

The hotel is excellent, the location is BEST POSSIBLE, brilliant service. European Side district deserves to be explored. Also, it is right by famous Pierre Loti hill as well as a park. There is a plenty of facilities in the room such as : climate control and coffee.

The staff was simply extremely friendly and they had extra comfy beds. Booked a room with gorgeous views.

1St class hotel, easy location, magnificent room. The bathroom was large enough and overall it was clean enough. Particular good mention to the bfast staff. Private parking was nearby, exceptional service...

We enjoyed this place, it has FANTASTIC cleanliness and views. Nice base for celebrating birthday. Also, we could visit a shopping mall, it was 10 minutes' drive away. Customer service was excellant, and reception stuff where professional.

We would definitely recommend the place. We enjoyed nice breakfast, offered by the hotel. The delightful decor. In a hurry we visited Long Lounge nearby.

Location, easy walk to eyup sultan mosque. Levent - Maslak neighbourhood was definitely worth visiting. Free WiFi is good. It is adjacent to the airport.

Nice breakfast with a huge variety of choices. We loved the fact that we chose lazzoni. We could see sultanahmet square from our window. The beautiful design of the room...
